For Builders & Homeowners

Do you install fencing on new builds?

Yes, and it is a different job than fencing a finished property, which is why it gets its own page. On a new build the fence has to arrive at the right point in the sequence: after grading and utilities, before landscaping closes things in, and without holding up anyone else's trade. We work with builders, general contractors, and homeowners building their own place, and we coordinate with your timeline rather than making you work around ours.

The West Valley is growing fast, from Buckeye to Surprise, and we have been fencing here since 2016. Whatever the community calls for, we install it: chainlink for utility and security, wrought iron and Ameristar ornamental where looks matter, and custom gates welded in our own shop.

One planning note worth flagging early: if the build includes a pool, Arizona has barrier requirements for residential pools, and your city sets the exact rules. Iron pool enclosures are one of the most common ways to meet them, and that is everyday work for us, so get it on the plan before landscaping rather than after.

The Package

What do you bring to a construction project?

  • Residential New Builds
  • Commercial Projects
  • Builder & GC Coordination
  • Code-Compliant Installs
  • Three Dedicated Crews
  • Gates Fabricated In-House

Three crews is the practical part of that list. It means a rain delay or a schedule slip on your end does not knock us out of your window, because we have the manpower to catch up. When we commit to a date, we intend to hit it.

Code & Cost

Is the fencing built to code?

Yes. Every installation is built to meet local building codes and to stand up to Arizona conditions, which is not a small thing when summer heat, monsoon wind, and hard soil all get a vote. Each West Valley city has its own requirements, so tell us the jurisdiction up front and we build to it.

How is new construction fencing priced?

Footage, fence type, and gate count drive the number, the same as any install. What is different on new construction is scope and phasing: perimeter first and interior later, or everything in one mobilization. Send us the plans or walk us through the site and we will give you a free, clear estimate against your actual schedule.

New Construction Questions, Answered

Do you work directly with builders and general contractors?

Yes. We work with builders, property managers, and businesses as well as homeowners, and on new construction we coordinate with your timeline so fencing lands where it belongs in the schedule.

Will the fence pass inspection?

Our installations are built to meet local building codes. Tell us the jurisdiction and any project-specific requirements at the estimate and we build to them. We are licensed, insured, and bonded under ROC 342152.

What fence types can you install on a new build?

Chainlink, wrought iron, Ameristar and ornamental fencing, and custom-fabricated metal work, plus custom gates welded in-house. If the community or client needs a specific look, we can match the spec.

Can you handle multiple lots or phases?

We run three dedicated crews, which is what lets us commit to timelines and keep up when a project moves in phases. Bring us the site plan and schedule and we will tell you plainly what we can commit to.
