Get a free quoteA big share of Surprise is built around retirement living, Sun City Grand and the neighborhoods around Surprise Farms are full of single-story homes with pools and patios that back onto golf courses or greenbelt. Arizona pool code plus HOA design standards in these communities almost always calls for open wrought iron or tubular steel fencing rather than block, and it has to be done to code height and gate self-closing requirements since a lot of these households have grandkids visiting.
Outside the retirement communities, the newer family neighborhoods near the Surprise Stadium area are still filling in with fresh construction, so we split time between code-compliant pool fencing on established lots and first-time installs on newly built ones.
